Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Octech Digital Labs Pvt Ltd ("OCTECH", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit our campaign pages on digital.octech.tech or send us an enquiry through them. OCTECH is responsible for this data (the "Data Fiduciary" under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).
1. What we collect
Details you give us in the enquiry form:
- Your name, company, work email and phone number (with country code)
- Whether you are a brand or an agency, the service you are interested in, your campaign requirement, expected timing and estimated budget
- A record of your consent: that you ticked the consent box, when, and the wording you agreed to
Details collected automatically:
- The page you sent the enquiry from and its address
- If you arrived from an ad: the ad click identifier added by Google (gclid, gbraid or wbraid) and campaign tags in the link (for example the campaign and search keyword)
- A Google Analytics identifier, and information that Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads collect through cookies and similar technologies, such as pages viewed, device, browser and IP address
2. How we use it

We do not sell your personal data.
3. Who we share it with
We share your data only with service providers that process it for us, and only for the purposes above:
- Google: Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (ad measurement and analytics), and Google Workspace (storing enquiries)
- Leadpages: hosts these pages
- n8n: runs the automated workflow that processes enquiries
- Anthropic: provides the AI model that reviews enquiry text
We may also disclose data where the law requires it. Some of these providers process data outside India.
4. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for 12 months, and analytics and cookie data for 24 months. We keep data longer only if you become a client or the law requires it (legal and compliance records for up to 7 years). After that we delete or anonymise it.
5. Your rights and choices
- You can ask us to give you a summary of your data, correct it, or delete it, and you can nominate someone to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to.
- You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. Withdrawing it is as easy as giving it, and it does not affect what we did before.
- You can manage ad personalisation in Google My Ad Center, opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
To make a request, email grievance@octech.in. We acknowledge requests within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
6. Security
We limit access to enquiry data to the people and providers who need it, and use our providers' security controls. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
7. Children
These pages are for businesses. They are not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect children's data.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
